Replica #1 is the first iteration of a series involving the casts of a modeled rhinoceros horn. Each "replica" serves as a substitute for its wild counterpart sold in the Black Market. The series explores casting and display techniques in reference to the constructs of worth. 

Replica #1 is cast in solid plaster, the weight of which is equal to about six times of an actual horn.
